Kas Kelly (D) is running for Muscatine County board of supervisors district four.
She said she plans to better the lives of Muscatine County residents by continuing to investigate Geo-thermal and install in the county buildings where and when possible.
“In the buildings that we have already installed Geo-thermal, we have seen a drastic reduction in overhead cost that is then reflected to the taxpayer with reduced taxes,” Kelly said.
