Boys mauled by Bears

The West Liberty boys’ basketball team fought hard but fell 63-50 to West Branch Dec. 15 at West Branch.
“We’re battling,” West Liberty Head Coach James Laughlin said. “We came up a little short. We got some nice looks out of Newsom, Kyle Miller, Brett Becker. Carl Guardado hit the boards hard.”
