Open house launches holiday season in West Liberty

First Church United’s hand chime choir put on quite a performance at the West Liberty Public Library Sunday afternoon, under he direction of Brenda Meyers. Here, Kara Wieland chimes in. The chimes were a gift in memory of Georgia Kiwala, a former director of the group.
